Research is an important part of finding the right MBA program for you. In addition to making sure the program offers you what you are looking for, you also need to consider location.

If you are looking at schools out-of-state, how does that affect your costs? Alternatively, are there online programs for schools in other states? Maybe you want to do an online program in a state that is still nearby so that you can take advantage of any potential school events held on campus.

If you do choose a program in another state, research as much as you can about the state. While you are of course going to be busy with school (and possibly work), the experiences you have in a state could also be an incredible part of your overall MBA experience.
